Field Service

The Field Service settings on the User File Update screen - Mobile Security tab apply to the Field Service module of Micronet Mobile Applications (refer to "FIELD SERVICE Menu").

To configure these settings:

  1. Display the User File Update screen - Mobile Security tab.

Refer to "Maintenance - Edit UserIDs - 9. Mobile Security (v2.7)".

  1. Complete the following fields:

Select Yes if this user can perform field service jobs on their PDA, otherwise select No. If you select Yes, the Field Service menu option will be enabled when the user logs on to their PDA.
  1. Configure any further fields on the Mobile Security tab that are required for the Micronet Mobile Applications this user has access to.
